Katrina designs visual frameworks for clarity and insight and her sessions typically involve drawing, sketching and analysis of imagery to shed light on that which is difficult to see. She uses pictures partnered with pedagogy (the science of teaching and learning) to explore complexity through visual thinking frameworks that make muddy waters clearer. Her workshops can be co-constructed to offer guided frameworks to work through specific problems within your business or she can provide visual framework sprints for your leaders or teams to explore strategy, creative problem‑solving and collaboration.

Katrina will provide a series of thinking sprints anchored to visual motifs and support participants to use visual language for problem-solving and deep thinking.
